Phil Brown FRICS ACIArb

Company Director

Phil has over 16 years experience as a cost consultant, contract administrator and fund monitor. He became a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2009 and attained his Fellowship in 2019. Phil has worked in many sectors in the construction industry including retail, healthcare, education, infrastructure, commercial, residential, assisted living and student accommodation, with projects ranging in size from £200k to £20m. In his spare time, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, DIY, cycling and sailing.

Andy Johns BSc (Hons) PGDip (Surv)

Company Director

Andy is an experienced development manager, employer’s agent and fund monitor with over 15 years experience within numerous sectors. Recently Andy has acted on schemes ranging from £500k to £25m with a mixture of student accommodation, residential and commercial projects including large mixed use developments. In his downtime Andy is likely to be found refurbishing old houses or, if its windy, in the sea kitesurfing.

Scott Hayward BSc (Hons) DipSurvPract

Project Surveyor

Scott is an experienced Quantity Surveyor currently working towards attaining his chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Scott excels in pre and post contract cost management as well as fund monitoring. With experience in student accommodation, assisted living, commercial, retail & housing association projects ranging from £200k – £12m. Outside of work, Scott likes to play squash, spend time with his family and walk his dog.

Melissa Johns BSc (Hons)

Assistant Surveyor

Melissa has 5 years experience as a Surveyor working on a broad range of projects for a number of well known finance providers. Melissa assists the team with estimating and fund monitoring and excels in the fast turnaround of reports. In her free time, Melissa can usually be found with her family at the beach, walking the dogs and horse riding.
