The re-development of a former hospital site to provide 153 student beds including study facilities, gymnasium, cinema room, laundry and student facilities. The scheme includes the refurbishment of the original Georgian hospital building and is supplemented with a mix of new build town houses and studio apartments. The scheme is also a flagship project for our Client.
