Project Co-ordination

Project management can mean different things to different people. At TCS we view this as a Leadership and Co-ordination role, vital to the success of any project. As with most things in construction, there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution but the principals and practices we employ are robust and adaptable to suit each project’s needs. Our Project Co-ordination service can be stand alone or in conjunction with our Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administration or Principal Designer services and could assist you with the following:

  • Advising on alternative procurement strategies
  • Advising on risk management strategy
  • Conducting tender evaluation and contractor selection
  • Establishing time, cost, quality and function control benchmarks
  • Controlling, monitoring and reporting on project progress
